Overall the service was terrific. Parking was on-site, fee - gbp 15 per day. The location was great and perfect because it was so close to shops / train station / restaurants as well as town station and railway station. I checked out Christ Church, that was set just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

The room we booked was good-sized and well-designed and had big bed. The location was magnificent, for example, a public park was within a close distance from the hotel. Its staff was very very helpful and cooperative.

Our accommodation was set in a central location next to shops / train station / restaurants, the train station, and the centre of town. Thoroughly enjoyed food at Grosvenor Restaurant, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. The room in good condition. There were a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator too.

Strongly recommend this place and definitely coming here again. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and great, I liked its outstandingly accommodating staff. There were coffee, tea, milk, cereal and cookies for breakfast. The location was marvellous, close to Reading Central Library...
